The Rittenhouse Hotel is a luxury hotel in Philadelphia developed by Greenwood Group and now a member of the leading Hersha Hospitality Group. Hersha hired Cohere to reposition the spa and their wellness components to help the hotel win "Best Luxury Hotel in the Country" and attract the high-end clientele they are accustomed to serving, but with a new angle. We completed a brand strategy, new repositioning plan, messaging, brand evolution and upgrade of the space with them.
