Founded by Andre Au and Joanna Hon, Bitter Melon is a contemporary Asian cocktail-focused restaurant that serves flavor-packed small plates with unconventional touches in Toronto's bustling Chinatown.
After opening in 2022 with a healthy dose of excitement and recognition, the founders approached Cohere to engage in a holistic marketing exercise, creating a social strategy, capturing new content, and designing new creative assets to continue building recognition for the concept in Toronto and internationally.
