Unforgetable Living

Built in 1911 as the home for the printing presses of local newspaper Baltimore News, the Munsey Building was one of the first commercial buildings to be converted into residential apartments in downtown Baltimore, MD.  Cohere reinvigorated the Munsey’s newly renovated apartments, community amenities, and on-site cafe with a cohesive brand package and lease-up marketing services, leading to a 95% occupancy rate during our year-long engagement with the property management.

Playing on the history of the building and its original owner, Frank Munsey, we created a unique seasonal publication, The Munsey Pulp. Named after Frank’s pioneering approach to publishing, the pulp fiction” magazine, our print publication showcased pieces of Baltimore’s history mixed with timely elements of urban development and Charm City living. It was featured and promoted in local cafes, shops, and given as a memorable leasing takeaway for visitors.
