The real estate branding design for mixed-use historic redevelopment 101 dupont place pays homage to the historic Hotel DuPont Building in the heart of Wilmington, Delaware.
The DuPont building is an icon in Wilmington, Delaware. Constructed as the headquarters of the DuPont Corporation in 1908, the building has been known as a corporate space and more notably as the famous Hotel DuPont. When the Buccini/Pollin Group acquired the building, the firm fully realized the space as a true mixed-use environment by adding apartments to the mix. The project is aimed at attracting a generation of locals who grew up in Wilmington and recognize the importance of the building in the city’s history, but looks forward to gaining regional interest by pairing these luxury apartments with the latest additions of food, beverage, and entertainment options in the heart of Delaware.

Branding for Adaptive Re-use Real Estate Development
The real estate Branding design for 101 dupont place taps into the full history and story of the famous building in Wilmington, DE.
Cohere designed a full-fledged editorial news piece that features local stories, tips, and interactive elements. The piece was just part of the full lease-up materials, but was done in a manner that allowed it to stand on its own and live beyond the lease-up period for the apartments. Working with the leasing team, our agency designed an abundance of branded assets that filled the print collateral, equipping the team with unique creative assets to be distributed and utilized on social media in the months to follow leasing.
