Digital Marketing Coordinator

Cohere is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator with an analytical edge that is interested in applying their skill set to a creative environment. This position is open in both our Philadelphia and Baltimore locations.

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead strategy, development, execution, and analysis of marketing efforts across an assigned portfolio. They will focus on deriving key insights and defining a strategic marketing direction that best aligns with the brand, target audiences, and client objectives.   • Support the ideation and development of strategic marketing plans, including approach and applications
  • Perform independent research and competitive analysis to inform marketing approach and methodologies
  • Help to map customer journeys and sales funnels for review with internal team and clients, and to inform marketing
  • Work collaboratively with creative team members to successfully roll out the brand story and visuals across marketing touchpoints
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor lead development strategies, both for digital platforms and on-site sales teams
  • Lead and manage paid media campaigns on all platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Create targeted and automated ROI-focused email campaigns via HubSpot and/or Mailchimp
  • Work with creative team members to manage and grow social media accounts in accordance with social media marketing strategy
  • Support website content management for Cohere and clients, making updates that align with marketing goals
  • Evaluate the success of marketing initiatives, identifying actionable insights through Google Analytics and HubSpot Reporting
  • Develop and manage KPIs and reporting systems to communicate results, ROIs, and actionable steps to clients
  • Work alongside team members and clients to implement diverse digital marketing plans on time and on budget
  • Collaborate and work closely with account and creative teams to ensure all ideas and execution meet business objectives
  • Lead media buying, including research, negotiations, monitoring, and reporting
  • Oversee and support the creation of marketing materials for email, web, events and direct channels on assigned accounts to meet goals and expectations
  • Oversee and support project and task management for assigned accounts and deliverables
  • 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience (agency environment preferred)
  • Experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Paid Search, Display, etc.)
  • Experience managing Facebook Ad campaigns
  • Experience with social media management and community engagement
  • Experience with popular CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot
  • Experience in the B2C industry with a focus on lead generation
  • Experience with website analytics and tracking, Google Analytics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated – has an entrepreneurial nature, a problem solver
  • Creative thinker – willing to suggest new ideas and develop marketing strategies that create competitive advantages for our clients
  • A design eye - able to guide creative of marketing through content and design
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices (link building, content strategy, keyword research)
  • Familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimization (landing page testing, A/B testing, heat mapping, etc.)
