990 Spring Garden is a creative class office building sparking the development of a new district: the Spring Arts neighborhood in Callowhill. As the former warehouse for the Pennsylvania Wholesale Drug Company, 990 Spring Garden has been renovated with loft-style workspaces, common areas, and retail space.
990 Spring Garden was a blank slate for the city’s newest creative district. We positioned the building as a place for tenants to truly make their mark by emphasizing the potential of Philly born-and-bred makers.
