The Munsey

Unforgettable living

Built in 1911 as the home for printing presses for a local newspaper, the Munsey Building was one of the first commercial buildings to be converted into residential apartments in Baltimore. We promoted the Munsey’s newly renovated apartments, community amenities, and on-site cafe with a cohesive brand package and lease-up marketing, leading to a 95% occupancy rate during our engagement.

Playing on the history of the building and its original owner, Frank Munsey, we created a unique seasonal publication, The Munsey Pulp. Named after Frank’s pioneering invention, the “pulp fiction” magazine, our print publication showcased pieces of Baltimore’s history mixed with modern elements of urban development and Charm City living.
